Sällskapet har idag två typer av medlemmar: kollektiva och personmedlemmar. Kollektiva medlemmar är lokala lantmannagillen etc. skördekontrollföreningar och Nylands koklubb. Antalet kollektiva medlemmar är 19. Man kan också bli personlig medlem i Sällskapet. Antalet personmedlemmar är idag ca 390.
Beslutande organ
Högsta beslutande organ är Sällskapets allmänna möte. Mötet väljer en styrelse som tillsammans med Sällskapets direktör ansvarar för den löpande verksamheten. Medlemmar i styrelsen är år 2023:
